Suspension Training is an ideal addition to your existing training program for anyone who wants to improve strength, velocity, & stability, while reducing the risk of injury and misalignments in the body.
Suspension systems are used for rehabilitation, joint specific training, sport specific training, and body strengthening and conditioning.
Suspension exercises offer a Full-Body workout with Integrated Therapeutic Movement Principles.
We use resistance training that works with your body weight incorporating joint stability training on a suspended sling which allows you to modify the intensity of the workout to unleash optimized power, balanced strength, controlled mobility and improved joint stability.
Classes are one hour-long and conducted in Private & Small Group Sessions.
