Specializing in core and joint strengthening and stability. We offer private (1-on-1) sessions with postural and injury specific programming, as well as group Mat and equipment based Pilates classes, Suspension classes, and BARRE classes.
We work with a broad range of athletes, focusing on athletic conditioning, sports specific programming joint stabilization & strengthening, and use sports therapies to address muscle/tissue recovery after injury, acute and chronic pain treatment, and apply the appropriate therapies to correct aggregative issues leading to re-injury.
